You don't need to be good at everything
You need to be exceptional at what comes naturally—and strategic about everything else.
Discover your unique Strengths and transform how you work, lead, and succeed.
Discover your unique Strengths and transform how you work, lead, and succeed.
WHO I AM
WHO I AM
WHO I AM
Four decades of HR leadership meets Organizational Psychology – transforming individual’s CliftonStrengths from assessment results into lived potential.

Welcome. My name is Tricia Dunn-West, SPHR and Certified CliftonStrengths Coach.
I help people and teams unlock their potential through CliftonStrengths coaching.
For years, I watched talented people exhaust themselves trying to become "well-rounded"—fixing weaknesses instead of amplifying Strengths. They worked hard but felt stuck, undervalued, and unsure of their unique value.
Then they discovered their Strengths. Everything changed.
What I Do
I partner with individuals seeking clarity on their talents and career direction. I work with managers who want to develop their teams beyond generic training programs. And I help organizations build cultures where people actually want to stay and grow.
My Approach
This isn't about putting you in a box or giving you generic advice. It's about understanding your unique wiring and creating strategies that work for you—not for some idealized version of who you "should" be.
My Promise
You'll leave our work together with clarity about what makes you exceptional, confidence to leverage it, and concrete strategies for success.

What a few satisfied clients have to say...

I believe that knowing my Strengths allows me to use them when coaching but also makes me aware of how others may see me from their Strengths and allows me to adjust to be more open. Knowing your Strengths definitely makes you think about how you are working with others and how you may need to adjust to get the teams buy in or to understand you from a management position.

Dustin Williamson
Area Vice President of Operations/Georgia
Knowing my Strengths and potential blind spots has expanded my horizons to lead and serve the varied workforce my position requires. I think it is valuable to take the time to learn and grow as a leader. It makes the organization stronger and really leans into retention of those leaders and their teams.

Stephen Hendrix
Director of Customer Relations
Understanding what my Strengths are and how they interact with others in leadership positions within my branch helps to understand how I react to my colleagues and leaders. It shows what things to watch out for and how I can best benefit others. Tricia is a knowledgeable coach who helps us understand how our own individual Strengths work in tandem with others on our team.

Eric Cockrell
Clinical Supervisor, Columbia, South Carolina
Understanding my Strengths helps to maximize the effectiveness of my performance. But I also appreciate seeing the Strengths where I scored lower so I can strategically address the weaker areas. I find it to be very accurate and beneficial in both personal and professional capacities.
